Modernisation of the platform used to manage and map the French State’s IT network.

Problem: Evolve a legacy system with no initial specifications while understanding critical business rules and inter-IT flows.
Role: Lead PHP/TypeScript Software Engineer, business analysis, IT architecture, front ends and APIs.
Constraints: Service continuity, mainland and overseas territories, APIs, Shell, SNMP, deployment and production monitoring.
Expertise: DDD, Symfony, TypeScript, microservices, flow mapping, API Management and architecture documentation.

A public data platform designed and operated during the Covid-19 crisis, widely covered by French media.

Problem: Aggregate several official sources and make epidemic trends understandable in an extremely short timeframe.
Role: Co-creation, architecture, PHP development, data pipeline, performance and operations.
Constraints: Multi-source data, frequent updates, traffic spikes and high public exposure.
Expertise: ETL, PHP, data visualisation, caching, observability, high availability and scaling.
Value delivered: Clearer public information, around 50,000 visits in a few days and up to 3,500 simultaneous users.

B2B Automotive Auction Platform

Development of a European vehicle auction platform for automotive professionals.

Problem: Evolve a high-volume B2B product linking sellers, buyers and third-party services in a demanding transaction flow.
Role: PHP/TypeScript Proxy Tech Lead: technical steering, API and e-commerce development, code reviews and team support.
Constraints: A team of around twenty people, payment, KYC, search, notifications, deployments and third-party integrations.
Expertise: Symfony, TypeScript, APIs, Elasticsearch, product design, agile practices and mentoring.
